The Company is primarily involved in delivering management training via distance learning over the Internet and through satellite broadcast. Our mission is to use this training to develop business leaders with world-class skills. By employing twenty-first century digital network and broadband technologies, and offering a combination of management training content and distance learning systems to people around the world, we hope to introduce a new era of truly interactive long-distance education. To date, we have developed nearly 4,000 hours of original content, targeting the working businessperson, and ranging from business fundamentals to highly specialized courses. These management training courses are now available over a wide variety of media, including satellite broadcast, CD-ROM, VTR, and broadband Internet channels.

We design, develop, and deliver our own content over our proprietary distance learning system. Our basic service consists of providing distance learning using a combination of this original content and the delivery technology. This business model enables us to offer, for a low additional investment by the customer, programs that are tailored to the their specific needs, while taking advantage of our distance learning system to deliver that content to a larger number of students.
